You Catch More Flies with Honey than with Vinegar: The Quest to Make Every Interaction Count

Presented by Allison Chamberlain, BCBA/ICPN Clinician

This discussion will explore the significance of our verbal and non-verbal interactions and how we choose to interact with people can influence the outcomes of our interactions. Simple yet powerful interaction techniques will be discussed, as well as highlighting the benefits of utilizing these techniques such as rapport building, the ability to deescalate situations, enhancing dignity, and creating a validating environment for those we serve. Challenge yourself to make the most of your words and make every interaction count.

This training will be offered during two time-slots. Please choose ONE SESSION that works for you.

This is the Morning Session. View the Afternoon Session Registration Here.
