Basic Behavioral Principles
Presented by Anna Anderson, BCBA
Have you ever heard of Behavior Analysis? Behavior Analysis is a natural science that seeks to understand the behavior of individuals and can be effective when working with adults who have been diagnosed with an intellectual/developmental disability. Even if you are not a trained Behavior Analyst, there are principles you can use in your everyday lives and work environments that can have a positive impact. During this workshop, we will discuss some strategies to build more therapeutic environments, as well as touch on function-based intervention.
